Terms and Conditions

All orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch! This can be done quite simply via the secure on-line payment system. Please Note: If ordering drape sets, bespoke or non-stock items, you will be unable to cancel after we have received confirmation of your order. All other items can be cancelled prior to dispatch.

If you receive any products damaged please report this as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged item free of charge. If however you just wish to return products please do so in order for us to check through them and credit your account. There will be a 15% handling charge for this service. All return items should be received by us within 28 days to acquire a refund.

Our offices will be open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday except for UK Bank Holidays and the week in-between Christmas and New Year.Although our telephone answer machine will be on to receive you messages.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of special orders and drape orders that have over 5 x full drape sets included.

Orders outside the UK will be subject to Customs Taxes and payable before receipt of order. If any order is refused delivery because of non payment of Import Taxes, you will be charged by us the fee for returning the package to us.

Colour Disclaimer

We have tried our best to faithfully recreate the vibrant colours featured on the site, but there will of course be variations in the colours you see on screen, depending on the system you use and the settings on your monitor.

If you would like an accurate representation of our colours, we would be happy to send out samples, or alternatively you can buy the Direct Colour catalogue, which contains individual swatches of our complete colour range.
