This is a discounted starter set for Colour/Image Consultants who are trained in using the Tonal System. This set includes 90 x Standard size drapes, 6 Tonal Capes, 6 x Tonal Safe Colour Fans ( one for each tone band), these fans can be used as a stand alone product or to be used with our Tonal Add-On sets, which can be purchased separately from this website.
